M.A.G.U.S. Sápszedő és Rakomány megcsapolása kártyák

így készült a kártyaillusztráció

Mindig nagy megtiszteltetés a M.A.G.U.S. kártyajátékaihoz illusztrációkat készíteni. Ez a feladat most azért volt különös, mert egy olyan kártyapár festményeire kaptam felkérést, ahol a két rajz ugyanazt az eseményt ábrázolja más szemszögből.

A kártyák leírása nagyon szemléletesen megadta a helyszínt és a varázsló jellegzetességeit, valamint ismertette a szituációt. Mivel a szituáció, a mozdulat, és a főszereplők teljesen megegyezőek, így egy lapra mindjárt két szögből vázoltam fel ugyanazt a mozdulatot.

Varga Csaba Béla Santa és az Éj asszonya című könyvének borítóöteltével Erdélyi István "Raon" keresett fel a Delta Vision Könyvkiadótól.

Szerencsésnek mondhatom magam, hogy olyan kreatív emberekkel dolgozhatok együtt, mint Somlói Feca, aki nem csak író, hanem zeneszerző és kiváló kommunikációs szakember is egyben.

A Delta Vision gondozásában megjelent Csodák Könyve című fantasy könyv második része az Azúrfolyó címet viseli majd. Feca még a történet alakításának szakaszában keresett fel az illusztráció ötletével, így egymást tudjuk inspirálni a készítés során.

Embertelen jó

Így készült a zombiangyal

A Delta Vision Könyvkiadó szerkesztője Erdélyi István “Raon” keresett meg azzal a feladattal, hogy készítsem el Gaura Ágnes Embertelen jó című kötetéhez a könyvborítót. Nagyon megtisztelőnek tartottam, hogy egy ismert és sikeres írónővel dolgozhatok együtt, és a megkereséshez mellékelt rövid leírás is felkeltette az érdeklődésemet, hiszen nem egy szokványos illusztráció készítésével kerestek meg, hanem egy, a vörös szín kivételével teljesen monokróm kompozíció volt az elképzelés.

Gaura: Szerettem volna elkalandozni a Boriverzum romantikus-kalandos képi világától, mivel a novelláskötet sokféle szöveget foglal magába, és rendelkezik sötétebb, komorabb darabokkal is. Szóval nem azért gondoltam fekete-fehérben, mert tudtam, hogy új borítófestővel kell majd együtt dolgoznom, és azt gondoltam, ne tegyük magasra a lécet: egy minimalista dizájnnal csak megbirkózik az ismeretlen művész úr :D

The Z-094 Messerschmitt Me-210 Ca1 of the hungarian air force's 102/2 "Tigris Gyorsbombázó Század" (Tiger Fast Bomber Squadron) in 1944. The pilot was József Orbán, the rear gunner / radio operator was Tibor Vörös (my grandfather).

On the 13. november 1944 my grandfather and his pilot (hungarian airforce 102/2 "Tiger" fastbomber squadron Me-210) were attacked by nine russian Yak-9 fighters. Two Yaks were shot down in the dogfight over Nagyszenas, the other seven fled...

Train attack

On 26. Juni 1941. a hungarian passenger train under way from Tiszaborkút to Bilin was attacked by three soviet I-16 fighters.
This illustration was made for a study about the affair. I started with a pencil sketch then I finished it digital. The train and the locomotive was a newness for me but biggest challenge was the deadline, I had just a few hours more than one day from comission to the final version. Fortunately I got a lot of reference materials about the location and the train cars.
